Are you guys driving your camaro without the front plate? Has anyone been pulled over and how much is the ticket?

No front plate here since I took delivery last September. I was nervous at first but after passing alot of police and not getting stopped, now I don't even think about it.

I just got my car and I really don't want to put the front plate on, but I don't want to be paying hundreds of dollars in tickets

I have no front plates. Had my car since last May. Cops have better things to do than pull people over with no front plates.

I also drive around with no front plate.I personally spoke to a few police officers in my town and they told me as long as I don't drive like a maniac I should have no problems.

i do not understand for the life of me,why a state requires a front plate.usually the police don't pay any attention to them anyway.maybe one of the cops on the forum can explain it.thank god my state doesn't require it.it ruins the look of the front of the car.

I've been running w/o a front plate since July. I only got hassled once by a P.A. cop at the Lincoln Tunnel. I figure I know the law, so if I get a ticket I'll have to pay the piper. But I really don't want to put it on.

LOL, if you get caught going over 100, no front plate will be the least of your problems.

I was pulled over one morning doing aout 80 in a 45 zone. The no front plate saved me because instead of getting a wreckless driving ticket he nailed me for that. I gladly paid the $54 the very next day :-D
