Engine light p0604!!!

Hello everyone, i have a 2010 ss LS3 model, ive had a DTC P0604 which means ECM internal ram memory error. Long story but started the car in extreme cold weather in the garage and it ran, then shut off and would not start. then the next day it ran fine but engine light came on with that code and does not clear what so ever. I have checked the ECM ground, all fine.

Low voltage or a momentary loss of power or ground to the ECM may cause this DTC to set.
what I would do is disconnect both battery cables for about an hour. test the battery and charge if needed. This will let the modules power down. With the battery charged reconnect the cables and koeo then start the car up. Ive seen these types of codes including communication codes caused by low voltage. If its still on after that its most likely the ECM
