Ohio Speed
I wanted to make a shout out to Jim at Ohio Speed for his great customer service.
I purchased a front mask for my car, and upon following the instruction to a tee, the mask snagged and ripped on my ground effects. I communicated with Jim both through email (with pictures), along with on the phone about the issue. He spoke with his vendor, got everything squared away, and had a replacement sent to me ASAP (Novigo designs also deserves props for addressing the issue and speaking with me by phone about a better method of applying the mask outside of their instructions to better accomidate cars with ground effects). Then I used the method that Novigo recommended, along with speaking with Jim, and there we no further issues. Jim's communication was great (and certainly appreciated), and I will be looking to make future purchases from him.
