If you need a set of ZR-1 injectors.
I have a set that I took out off a Maggie to install ID850.
They only have dyno time.

Okay, been holding off asking because I know nothing about injectors but trying to learn.
I have a 2011SS ls3 that I installed a Maggie's which I believe has zr1 injectors. We let magnason know I had headers, high flows with full exhaust and CAI. They suggested a smaller pulley and I'm at 9.5 lbs of boost and around 520rwhp. I also installed a zl1 fuel pump to help with pressure. I was told my duty cycle is at 90 at wot around 6500rpm. The tuner lowered my limiter to 6300rpm, saying she feels safer there. I'm learning this isn't ideal. Let me add that this is a street car that will probably never see the track. Am I okay like this, if not what is recommended? Keep in mind it's only for street. Please remember I'm new to injectors so layman's terms will be appreciated.

The size of the injector determines Max HP they can support.

The ZR-1 injectors are 54 LB per hour which are good for about 650 Crank HP providing the fuel pump can maintain 58 PSI if not that number falls quite fast.

The more boost you run the More fuel you need to support it.

I am not comfortable with 9.5 PSI boost on the ZR-1 injectors I stop at 8.5 PSI.

Also the ZL-1 fuel pump is of no help unless you add the ADM Fuel pump control module and set the tune up for that.

If you want to continue to run 9.5 PSI, I suggest you obtain and ADM FPCM, a set of ID-850s and a Custom tune.

I would also add a ZR-1 Map sensor since your going to tune anyway this way you can Log boost and the computer can use that data to better control the injectors.

I can provide everything you need.

Ted.

So clarify that ID850 will be enough up to what HP? Looking to go into 700-800. Lingenfelter twin pump is currently on car as well? Good setup or need changes?

It seems like most think ID is the only injectors to run. I have been running Deatschwerks 65lbs injectors that flow 905cc @ 58psi. There injector data is very accurate and the price is hard to beat. Im currently making 638rwhp and im at 53% injector duty cycle.

That is a good price!

to -lm.z, no worries -- just wanted to give a heads up...

85lbs with ZL1 pump and ADM FPCM would get to to about 700 so with the duals you should be good -- pressure and injector duty cycle will come into play I'd wager.

You may want to consider the 1000's to have room, but the 850s I believe are plug and play, after that you'll probably need to do some connector updates (I believe there is a size/length different above 850s)...

BTW, I have the ZL1 pump, ADM FPCM and stock ZL1 injectors and I'm right around 600 RWHP. If I want more, I'd have to go 850's for sure...

-Don

Anybody have any experience with Infinity Injectors, they are also supposed to include the Injector data and I have seen them be highly recommend becuase of the tuning data they include.

I almost bought a set, but after doing a bit of research and talking with many tuners i choose DW. Just as a test i installed the injectors (plug and play) then using HP Tuners in input the injector data myself. I am not a professional tuner by any means that being said the car started and idled well. From that point i logged and made a few changes to the MAF table and im running right in the 3% LTFT...
