Don't Sleep on My V6
|
I only state the truth. Many have seen my build thread and seen that I have been waiting for a update since May 30th. It took RX (Tracy) to help my out like always to reach out to the man. I'll be even happy if he charged like $10-20 per update if this will result in a faster response. I'm about to jump ship also locally. But I'm sending my car to RX in the next 2 weeks and hoping they can do something with the tune while they have it. I have 2 bad piston rings trying to data log for nothing in return. But RX is going to get me right again!! I would spend the money on a IPF tune but I know they wouldn't touch a RX kitted car lmao!

I am not attacking the company. Just adding to the OP's post. Also Trifecta isn't a sponsor of C5 they got banner a little over a year ago. That is a HUGE reason why if anyone wanted to bash and talk about them and get away with it. Plus I am a supporter still just a unhappy customer!

I can't wait to switch to a new tuning company. Trifecta has had the worst customer service since the beginning and its only getting worst. Sometime I wonder if Vince even looks at the logs we send before saying nothing is needed. Not to mention his product really isn't that amazing. Trifecta is really starting to make a bad name for themselfs.

Well...pretty sure MrGood was banned (the 2nd time) for basically saying he returned his RX SC kit and now prefers IPF. First time was for arguing I believe.

I spoke to Vince last night about this and he said he doesn't have any logs in his mailbox that he hasn't replied to and neither do I. I've searched for any emails with attachments and only see a couple of (recent) logs from V6 Camaro guys. It makes me wonder if some of your logs are getting lost in cyber space or something. In order to remedy this issue, we've implemented a ticketing system on the BNR site. Please use it to send us logs instead of emailing us directly. This will make sure we both know what is going on with your log at all times. The direct link to the data log system is http://badnewsracing.net/datalogs
You are welcome to submit a log even if you are not a BNR customer and we will help you get it looked at. |

Ok that site is not handled directly by Trifecta (I assume you mean wot-tuning). The tickets go through that site owner who forwards them to Vince. Head over to my site and submit your log and I'll send it to Vince right now. He normally works on Saturdays so I think it will get looked at today. I'll bug him to look at it right away if I see him on our chat system.
