I can't wait for the EcoBoost. A bare minimum of 350-hp while getting good gas mileage and weighing much less than the V8 model.

I am virtually certain you are referring to me here. My response....reading comprehension is your friend. The below was posted by me on 9-26-2008

(2010 GT could weigh less than the current model since it will use the new chassis and the old 4.6L,5M which is lighter than the 5.0L, 6M coming for the 2011MY, but increased feature content makes this uncertain.)
By this point you are turning into a better source of disinformation than the Iraqi Defense Minister.

My purpose on this forum is to discuss the 5th gen Camaro, and learn more about it. I did not purposefully come over here to brag about how sweet the new Mustang is.

I'm sorry if a few guys ruffled your feathers, but come on.

And what does that make you for not even taking the time to look up what was said about the issue before typing up a rant? What I said turned out to be 100% accurate.

The Ecoboost will be pretty cool. Just like the LLT is a very moddable platform, I feel the same way about the Ecoboost.

They've redesigned the center console also, giving it a smooth, attractive arc.
Why didn't they move the emergency brake handle to the other side? I've heard a fair number of mustang owners complain about this as well.

My apologies. I've been called out a couple of times so I assumed, mistakenly, that this was another one of those instances.

I told you syr74 that the 2010 mustang was only getting a 15 hp increase, you were wrong.

Do the world a favor and read the replies to your other posts before feeling the need to post it again elsewhere. This was a relatively last minute decision be Ford to rate the engine the GT same as the Bullit model. I knew about it long before you did and previously pm'd one of the moderators on this forum with that info. (I did so precisely because I expected the kind of rant you are just now launching into) And to be blunt I knew about the info notably before I pm'd him with it.

I was then and am now wrong about nothing. The info I post is accurate when and as posted. If something changes and I cannot say so publically for whatever reason, which was the case here, I will pm the corrected info to a mod precisely so the trolls who live to be a cheerleader for their side can't rant at will with nothing to slow them down. Although I expect most of them will anyway.

Even more convenient since it's true.
