2013 2SS RS L99

Are stock rotors drilled and slotted? I'm thinking they are not, and my car has drilled and slotted rotors when I bought it from the dealer.

You'll know if there drilled and slotted cause it would be right on the rotor drilled and slotted otherwise it's just a big brake rotor lol.

Yeah, not stock rotors. They are stock calipers, though.

Any way to find out what brand rotors are? And I wonder why they would change out the stock rotors. I don't know of any mods on the car currently, that would of created a need for these rotors.

You said "need" in relation to a modification on a sports car.

Aftermarket rotors, kind of weird for such a new car unless its got high miles? If not, maybe someone just liked the look of them.

The stock Brembo blanks are excellent. I believe the Z/28 is the only stock Camaro that utilizes cross-drilled rotors, and they are carbon-ceramic (not what yours are). Most slotted & drilled rotors are really for show, not performance.
