I'm currently at a local tire shop that accommodates my very low Camaro for an alignment. I've got to go to KC tomorrow for a friend's wedding (taking the Camaro-love my new Jeep but i want to go and the Jeep is what it is-it'll go 80-90 but it doesnt seem to enjoy it) and then we'll see what my installer's schedule is. I'd like him to start Sunday morning and be finished with it by Monday. I could even help him finish it up by Monday morning if I have to.

V6owner, let me know who does your install for the Meth Kit, as I don't care too much for the performance shop by my house (G-Force Motorsports), they really don't care for anything that isn't 8+ cylinders and def don't get the whole "V6 thing"
I live to run into these people and see the disappointment in their faces when they discover I'm sadly only running 6 cylinders under the hood. I get a kick out their lack of car savvy to not even identify my car as a V6. I can spot the difference between a V6 or a V8 MOPAR, Mustang or Camaro, why can't they? If they're so into the V8 model why can't they just spot one?

I know I would rather have just the Meth kit if that would fix the problem, rather than using the HPFP that our awesome tuner doesn't feel completely confident in. He did however suggest that a Meth Kit should be able to fix the problem by itself. The stock pulley makes like what 5-6psi of boost? And our fuel system seems to be failing aound 8-9+ psi of boost, so if we had the meth kit kick in at 7 or 8 psi of boost I think we'd be golden.

I'll be following you guys in this and watching for results. We've come a million miles on FI in one year. And when I say we I mean all of you guys that have been livin it for the last year or so (Ahem-Gretchen et. al.) it will be interesting to see where we are at on this July 2013.

Yeah I got one from Tracy, problem is the rubber connectors aren't a 3" (or 3.5") to 4" so I'm not too sure what I'm going to do. Hopefully Tracy has something figured out.

We might be able to get the 3.5" coupler to slide on the 4" tube with a little silicone spray or wd40 lol. I do believe the bandclamps are long enough though. If not we can get clamps from the auto parts store. I think O'reilly can get them next day.

Don't know if this will help but I've bought some T-clamps from this outfit.

Reasonable price and fast shipping,

Awesome, well I just might have to do this! I'll need to figure out how large the TB is and the other pipe that connects to the MAF tube.

Recent suspension mods are the culprit...big shocker there.

It's settled. The transformation commences Sunday morning. Tracy my installer should be calling you tomorrow to discuss plan of attack.

TB is 3" so you need a 3"-4" reducing 90* elbow and a 3"-4" reducing 30* elbow.

You got it boss. However I'm concerned that this 4" pipe isn't long enough.. It's a good 2-3 inches shorter than my current one and I already have to have a second person push the elbow while I tighten it.
