Exhaust Cutouts - NOVA Inspections

Anybody have any guidance as to whether or not exhaust cutouts present a problem when it comes time for inspection in Northern VA?

If they do their job correctly it should fail.

You could also set a code which they check too.

Find someone who doesn't care about the visual. NOWEEDS closed will pass the emissions.

In not in VA....but why would they make a difference? as long as they're closed and you still have your cats on there and no check engine lights....should be fine.
