So what 1/4 times you expecting with a Turbo?

So if STS pan's out and we get 505hp at the crank, what's are realistic 1/4 time we should be looking forward to?

i would acutally say mid 12s seeing how the ss with 426 alrdy runs 12.8-13 so since the v6 is lighter and have 505 hp i could see mid 12s happening

i would def say it would happen in the winter/fall run but summer it may jus depend on the day, track, temp, all of that will effect it but even in the summer it shld still see 12's thats my 2 cents

I could get a turbo now and not see any improvement. First, I'd need some piping. I'm sure I'm forgetting something.

I know! We need a tune!

I say that with my setup I'm look at low 12s. I already have the tune in place and ready and the long tube headers + high flow cats. This set up with a larger diameter exhaust, would allow freer flowing exhaust gases to spool up the turbo faster. Shoot at 0 dA the estimate is 13.85 in the 1/4mile. I also have planned some extensive weight reduction. Watch out ya'll!

Sorry I can't disclose that yet. I have a fabricater that is working with me on some basic weight reductions that should put me close to 200lbs lighter than stock weight at the very minimum. If it works he wants to start selling the product.

Will do.....can't wait to see what happens. Unfortunately I will be doing alot of moving and such so it will take longer than expected between shipping the items. He has already taken the measurements and molds. I hope things work out also.

Me too, because the other weight reduction methods are a bit silly to me even though they do work
