I'm in Pensacola, I planned on seeing it. I'll be heading to the Rave Theatres off of Bayou Blvd though.

Y'know, that actually would be pretty cool. I don't think there are any around here.

Odd we got plenty of em still up north here and they make money. Would think down south where it could be open 365 it would be a gold mine of a biz. Drive-inns never go out of style. These 3d fads have come n gone a few times in my life. Their staying power is short lived....

I think especially being near the beach, this area would be great for that. Of course it'd have to be well maintained and looked after during hurricane season but that'd be pretty cool. I'm not all that in to 3S, I think it's mostly a joke but have a feeling that Transformers is going to be pretty good in 3D,because it was shot that way and not converted after the fact.

I couldnt go cause of my back but friends wernt impressed with the new pirates movie in 3d. The converted ones are like 1 step above the old type where ya got the free red n blue lense paper glasses from 7-11, if u member those. For hurican places id convert a building side into a scren ya know. Just needs to be big flat n white. Not gonna blow over. Or make one where the screen can be laid down. Nice area like that could rake in the cash.

Plus the food. Thats also part of the reason i go. Would never dropcoin at a walkin on food but drive-inn food is yummy.

But yea, long as you can make the screen safe it would be big money. Projectors n radio boadcast stuff can be packed up n hauled off easy. Almost idiot proof now like poppin in a dvd. No more film reels n splicing movies if u member that when the bulb melted the film half way through the movie, everyone honkin n stuff and during the day time it can be a car show event swap meet place. A near 24/7 365 profit machine that is moslty a big empty lot min wage hs kids takin ticket n pourin drinks, all up sides no downs.
