Type in the word "Corbett" under "Author", and search this session and the two prior (that's as long as she's been in the California Senate).

In it, you will find every single bill she's authored or co-signed, none of which are anything related to your assertion.

You can also search key words from you assertions about the bill, e.g. forced induction, over utilization, oxygen, all that... and you will find nothing. (If you Google keywords from your post, guess what? The only relevant hit is THIS POST. )

Let me guess, you got this in a chain e-mail? I have an aversion to anything that stinks of a chain e-mail or urban legend (nothing personal).

Actually, if you look closely.. you'll see there's a requirement for minimum levels of douchbagery, a-holeness, low IQ or criminal intent. You don't have to possess all of them, but you must meet a certain level of at least 1 or a combination.
