07 ls2 convertible vette vs my ls3
Vette stock My ss headers cats, CAI ,tune livernois Dyno at 426 (that's at the wheels) I say it would be a drivers race.

The Corvette would win. Plus your car is 800 lbs (roughly) more than the vette. In racing that .8 seconds. I think you need a little more than 426hp to get him.

I think you would have him were in not for the extra weight. You might be able to come close, I'd run him anyways just to see.

The vette Base LBS 3199 also he is a auto that has to add a few LBS
My LS3 ya heavy ? 3880 I think 700 LBS more ya that's a lot. But stock LS2 400 bulk HP with a HP calculator that's 322 at the wheels . My LS3 with bolt ons and a tune. using same calculator I am 495 at the crank 426 at the wheels. so I am 104 HP more and 700 LBS heavier Only for fun we will have to go to the track next spring. With a good driver both should be in the 12,s I would think.

Dude, actually you should take him! The convert weighs more for one thing, 2nd I seen a stock ls3 race a stock ls2 vette from a roll and the vette only won by a car, the Camaro was at his bumper! You really should have no problem, ls3 vette would be a problem.

I raced one at Summerduck in the 1/8th mile and got him by a half car length. I have 438 to the tires right now. He got me out of the hole but I ran him down.

My money is on the Camaro. LS2 'vettes weren't *that* quick, especially a slushbox convertible, i.e. the slowest Corvette made. He might get you on the super high end, but you should have him from a dig up to 100 or so.
