Yeah it's a cool process.

A buddy of mine has recently started a business doing this and I've had him dip some pieces of mine....last piece I had done was the Drip Tray under the hood...

Also had my billet kit done...

It looks great IMO as long as it's done the right way

Yes it pretty cool...here are some pictures of my car i had thought I had posted what fastlane did on this thread before...
Anyway I am having fastlane do some under hood stuff now also, they are chroming the engine cover first then dipping it in carbon fiber,so the letters end up being chrome. they are going to match the the LSA with the same pattern as the factory ZL1 logo..I think it wil be pretty cool, instead of doing all the letters in the same color as most people do.I will post it as soon as fastlane gets finished doing it...

This looks great! If you don't mind me asking how much would it be for my zl1's front splitter, side skirts, and rear diffuser? This is on my near future mod list for sure!

Thats cool i never seen that video before. That splitter and camaro is one of our favorite builds they did a great job on the hydrocoating. We will prob be doing more hydro carbon after we finish the new custom front mount turbo kit.

If you go to fastlaneturbo.com they have just about everything posted and priced out under hydrogrphics..you can also email either nickfield@fastlaneturbo.com or mike@fastlaneturbo.com it would not hurt to cc both ..tell them your from camaro5 they said they will give 10% off for all members from what they told me.

very cool but I wouldn't do my splitter if I had a lowered car. mainly because we all know that type of situation doesn't stay pretty for too long. sooner than later something's gonna hit the splitter and ruin the look.
