Is the overall diameter of the spare 26"? If so that would be perfect for my vehicle. I am interested in getting the Cadillac aluminum wheel set.

I also pulled this off of another thread but these seem to be the 2 most popular tires to run on this wheel(or may be the only options, not sure)
Look for M&H Racemasters 185/50/18 radial tires, or Mickey Thompson 26X6.00R18LT .

No this was a brand new spare only. It may have been 225 but that's y I didn't pull the trigger on it. Bc then you have to factor in the tire price.
And finding them used is like finding 2 4leaf clovers! Either way your looking at about $800 for a set of skinnies! |

There are several junk yards in DFW with listings for parting out newer model Cadillac CTS and STS.

Anyone know the weight on the caddy wheel alone? The v6 18" spare can be had a lot cheaper, but it is steel, if the aluminum caddy wheel is significantly lighter it may be worth the extra cost.

I think I read 16.5 lbs
Double checked and this correct From what read the GTO spares will also work and are 1.5 lbs lighter.

Is there a difference between a cts spare, and a cts-v spare (if it exists?) I've seen both mentioned, and listed for sale in the past... |
