STAY AWAY FROM RPI DESIGNS!!

I ordered the Havoc rear spoiler (painted) from RPI on Feb 20th, my account charged Feb 20th, after a month i recieved the spoiler, on corner was chipped up badly, i called and left message, no return call, i emaied them, nothing. So after installing and sitting in my shop at 70 for 3 days i take it out. First person to look at it aske me if i knew it was cracked, sure enough the top edge of the spoiler from middle to pass side is cracked in several places!! 9 calls later, and several emails no return calls, no emails!! I have just opened up a clain through Paypal, hopefully this will be resolved by them.. I have done alot of business online and this is BY FAR the worst company i have ever dealt with!! PLEASE pass the word to stay away from RPI Designs!!!

I think you want to post this in the vendor feedback forum, in the marketplace section.

I understand your pain with RPI. I will never order from them again either. The way I was able to get a hold of them was to tell them I am interested in purchasing an item from them but you have some question and tell them to call you back. Once they are on the line then get down to business of why you are really calling.

Just an update, after paypal contacted them, i got an email from paypal with a message from RPI..." Customer can return for refund" So i reply back would like them to issue a pick up, nothing else heard from them...so i escalleted to a claim, 2 minutes after i did them paypal emailed me informing me that they judged in my favor for a refund, BUT its my responsibility to ship, insure and send tracking info to paypal!!! Cost 50.00 to send it back, guess thats better than losing 600.00...

I hate PayPal.
It's the sellers fault yet they want you to pay for shipping back. Have had it happen oh to many times.

to be fare, Ive only had a very few returns where I didnt have to foot the return mail cost for refunds or replacements.

The only off hand company I know in my experience was Tiger direct, I payed shipping and they refunded shipping cost when they refunded the amount for the item.

But ya, RPI can be impossible to contact.

The call for new is a tactic I use all the time with cable, phone, power etc.....call in the line for ordering new service, say you need to cancel, change or whatever, they almost always transfer you straight to the people you need to talk to, no hold time....
