More interested in the manual upgrades it will use, and also what HP will the axels hold.

Nice for sure, but not trading in what I have for one.

I'm intrigued as to what the vents in the cowl are too....

There were only 2 cars I was dreaming about for the last 5 years, a 5th gen SS and a ZO6... I knew the SS was reachable and my dream came true! Thanks GM now I have new dream, and I am going to have to wait like 6 years before I can even think about owning that thing That car is one BAD SOB!!!!

What an awesome car. GM hit it out of the park with this one.

Someone mentioned the weight of the ZL-1 earlier...our automatic car is 3840lbs., and has beafier axles, suspsension, etc, than it did when new. So it shouldn't be too much of a stretch for GM to get the ZL-1 under 4k pounds w/driver.

Also, might the new "vents" on the hood be a heat extractor of sorts for the intercooler?

Very nice. I'm a little saddened by the fact that I didn't wait for this, but that is a lot of power for a DD. I never go to the track. Beautiful car.

I'm guessing it will easily hit high 50's and fully loaded will get in the low 60 range.

I guess we'll see, but I'm betting against it.

I'm glad to find that Chevrolet has continued development on the ZL1, because from reading many of the posts on Camaro5 indicating that there was no way the ZL1 was going to be able to compete with either the GT500 or modified SSs, I was beginning to think that Chevrolet was going to give up and cancel the ZL1.

I need not say whom said this: "Keep the faith". There was also "Ultra-Grin" only a couple months ago
