Who's next up up chain of command from your dealer

Greetings all, how's everyone and their lovely cars today?

So, I'm curious, and understandbly so being as my brand new 2ss a6 is in the shop again, who's next up the food chain with chevy/GM when you're not satisfied or getting the results you want from your dealer.

I took delivery of a new 2ss 2 weeks ago and it's been giving me mechanical problems. They gave the car back saying nothings wrong. Essentially, I go down to chevy tomorrow. and who knows what they're going to say regarding my smoking clunking vehicle. However, should they not say something wonderful, I'll demand rectification. Now a remedy does not present itself, and again, this is "worst case" type scenario .. but say the dealer doesn't satisfy my requests ... who can I speak to in gm/chevy about this ... moreover, if some of you more experienced persons would chime in ... who SHOULD i talk to

thanks all ...

If you have an issue you can't get resolved with your dealer/servive manager, the next step is to call the customer assistance office - the phone numbers are in your owners manual (12-3).

Chevy used to have "Regional Area Reps". I don't if they still do. I ended up in arbitration some years ago over my Blazer. Area Sales Rep was the guy they sent to the arbitration (after he told me there was nothing wrong with a grinding noise when shifting into 4High - remeber "shift on the fly" slogan?). That rep ended up eating some crow. The arbitrator ordered Chevy to give me a new (not rebuilt) transfer case. Once installed that fixed the problem. But I had to fight them all the way.
