Ok, fuse pull no effect. Last night was cooler than before so my 1LE picked up a tenth and a couple of mph. Having owned both, my opinion is my '11 SS when stock was as fast if not faster than my 1LE per my butt dyno which probably cannot detect 8 RWHP NPP and electric steering pump give to all '13s. Unfortunately I never ran my '11 SS stock at the drags.
My 1LE (NPP) is running 13.3s on a decent NJ August DA night, about average for stock SS LS3s I have seen run at Atco by junior skill drag racers such as myself. The 1LE gearing changes (rear and trans) even out and a shift to 4th is mandatory. So the lighter wheels/tires (only a few pounds) is the only advantage a 1LE might have over a '13 SS LS3. And I think the 1LE is slightly heavier overall. And the sticky Goodyears are harder to launch on for me than the Pirellis, I am sure of that. Where is the 1LE edge coming from? Any time slips from a 1LE Better than this yet? 12.588 @ 110.30 with a 1.972 60 foot? or even close? Who knows where that MT time slip came from. It could have been a typo. No one else has been even close to even that as far as I know. I will write to them and let you know if they stand by that time. 1LE vs non-1LE LS3 SS = Drivers race for sure. Just don't bother racing automatic 5.0 Mustang GTs with your 1LE. But let's not forget why the 1LE is so cool and why we buy it. It's not for the drag racing competency.

I've raced and spanked more than 1 auto 5.0. 2014's with track pack even. That 12.5 couldn't have been stock.... Unless it was like ken block or tanner foust

I'm completely stock as well that was my point. And ya the 32 valve system is awesome on the 5.0s and makes them way more acceptable to a CAI and tune that we have. Not saying that as an excuse but as a compliment to the system

Fun to drive and road track performance, 1LE FTW over Mustang GT Autos and non-1LE SS LS3s. But not any faster in a straight line.
