I don't know how I got involved in this thread but whatever. My damages and missing parts are worth more than a turbo. So I guess I should send the bill for the undercarriage cleaning and multiple engine cleanings from the oil. Including a paint job on the front bumped because of the oil. Or my paid for and missing suspension parts. Or the Bolts and parts that were missing from the car when it was but back together that I had to replace.

I can keep going on but I'm noticing that your suspended again! How many times does someone get suspended before their banned again? THREE I think is what my warning showed last week. This guy is like on suspension 15...hummmmm!!
Vendors that pay get up to 100 suspensions lol

So, we did everything to convince the customer to have me personally correct this and he refused due to the influence of the other shop. The rest of the info is plain false.....and typical of the BS fed others.

So, the customer refused and we also paid him a generous amount to help compensate but he is caught up in the politics between shops again.

Facts are facts, so get both sides to the story.

When we make mistakes (and by we I mean our techs and that included all the BIG mistakes Rodney made while here) we make them right, but we will NOT be manipulated by an unscrupulous competitor and what they do. And also, on here are the same ones like cant see me that still has not paid for or returned a brand new Borg Warner turbo sent him and the others.
From the way that I see it, Rodney doesn't make mistakes, he fixes yours.

It's all BS excuses. I've seen nothing but crap come out of that shop.
Put the pistons in upside down, absolutely should never ever ever happen at any shop. Plain old crazy that is. Someone with ZERO experience or pride worked on that guys high end high dollar car. I can't even wrap my head around a blunder like that. Then you try and white wash it.

I'd have my car out of there and a claim filed faster than you could shake a stick. The OP was totally justified in not wanting to bring it back to you, who in their right mind would?

Tracey, when they ask you how you went out of business you can tell them it was 2 ways, gradually, then suddenly. You're done on this forum.

Glad to see people are finally seeing the truth here. It's a shame it took butters, Cant_C_Me, Camaro10rjt, SixJak, V6owner, GretchenGotGrowl, Matt and myself all having very negative experiences.

Evil prevails when good men do nothing.

As many know I was patient before saying anything. But enough is enough. After seeing all the recent jobs go south, I refused to let him touch my car to fix anything for free. I'll take the lose even with that turbo he sent me it doesn't make up for the headache and cost to fix the mess and missing parts.
