Burning plastic

Did any of you guys have the smell of burning plastic after you drove it the first couple hours on the first day out...? Normal?

It's just all the new parts burning in. Especially the exhaust. Nothing to worry about.

oh yeah. Within minutes of driving, I had smokes coming from under the car. Lots of smoke as if the car was on fire! I looked under and saw the stock # labels were still wrapped around the exhaust pipes! They haven't completely burned off yet after 150 miles.

Yeah, all new cars do it, at least the ones I've been around. My friend just got a new Honda and it already has 5K miles and it smells like that still.
