Looks like they are the same part numbers (6511) but one comes with O2 extension harnesses. Headers usually comes with gaskets. You may have to reuse your orignal bolts which is what I had to do with my ARH.
Try the Kooks website for more info.

Should I get the one with the O2 extension harnesses? Would you recommend the locking header bolts?

one link is a kit

the other link is just the headers

you want the kit (mainly the o2 extentions)

DO use the supplied o2 extentions

DO NOT use the supplied replacement exhaust manifold gasket. Just re-use your factory one. Just throw the new ones you got in a corner, or throw them out.

You DO NOT need locking header bolts. You can either re-use your factory ones. Or use the ones that come in the kit. I used the new ones because they were stainless steel and they looked better (I like shiney things).

i dont know the quality of the kooks manifold gaskets, but i used jet hot's gaskets that came with my headers and no leakage. but i wouldn't bother replacing them if they don't need to. it wouldn't hurt buying the GM OEM gaskets either

This is all good advice from danhr. Reuse factory gaskets and bolts. A couple things to consider would be to be sure the header flanges are perfectly flat or you will have a leak. Also, if you are interested to coat the headers this is the time to do so before header installation.
The O2 extenders are necessary because the O2 bungs are located further away and factory wires will not reach. The extenders are plug and play. Good luck and you will feel the difference.

You do not buy new GM oem gaskets. They are re-useable. I have reused 200k+ mile gaskets in other builds. The Kooks gasket is a carbon one, which will shrink during the first couple of heat cycles. You have to re-tighten them. If you don't catch them fast enough, it will blow the gasket, and you will have to start over with new ones. If a header bolt backs out with a GM gasket (generally doesn't happen because they are not carbon, so they do not shrink, you just tighten the hell out of them when you put them on), the gasket is still useable... just wipe off the carbon from the exhaust.
