We ended up talking the car to Jannetty .... Great move!

We did a few upgrades and got a few tunes from Jannetty (from a distance)
- got rid of the shortty headers and hiflow cats by replacing them with long tubes.
- did the rotofab intake
- went from 3.5" pulley to 3" (automatic car)
- fuel rail upgrade
- installed MSD fuel pump voltage regulator thingy

After several tunes the car was performing much better!
We ended up taking a trip to TX to see some friends and dyno'd the car then sent Ted Jannetty the data. He sent back a few tunes and we got the car to:

461.99 hp / 495.64 Torque
459.27 hp / 498.45 Torque

Running 93 octane...
I think it was 106 degrees outside and 98 degrees in the dyno too...
So cool weather will be a whole other story....
It sounds like the numbers are heading the right way now...and cooler weather will really help out. Thanks for including our intake system in your list of mods

On the sheet a few things I noticed .... The ramp rate (rr) is set way too high at 200 this means it allows the car to accelerate 20kmh per second... Not enough load.. I run the camaros generally at a ramp rate of 110-120.... Which put the right amount of load for the weight of the vehicle... Secondly you can not compare dyno dynamics numbers out of the box to a dynojet number unless it's been calibrated to a local dynojet in their area, simply numbers either will be incredibly high or low, usually low.. It's one of the best dyno's for tuning but not what as good at showing happy numbers for customers... Why do I know all this? We use a dyno dynamics dyno

I love the roto-fab but I have to say, putting that roto-fab polished elbow on was the hardest part of the entire project including the supercharger! I should of called you before the install and it would have been much easier! Also, I noticed that in your signature picture, you have an opening below the air cleaner into the fender well? Did you cut that? or is it removable on the car to begin with? If you don't have an opening like that, is there enough cool airflow?

Thanks!

UPDATE
After talking with you on the phone today your signature picture makes sense. I didn't realize that the car wasn't finished and that the wheel well wasn't reinstalled yet. I didn't realize there was a stock air vent entering that compartment right there as well. So we are even more pleased after that info! Thanks!

Here are the new graphs from the TX dyno... I believe it was done on a dynojet?

After the first run, Ted looked at the numbers and then sent another tune.... the 2nd graph represents the final results...
