Another Reason Why Hybrids are terrible

When You though the Prius or any other hybrids couldn't get any worse.
It does.

Yeah, that almost happened to me a couple of times back when I worked at a grocery store... damn rich people don't know how to drive. funny they're almost always the ones driving hybrids, or at least upper middle class. You'd think they could afford the gas...

You guys know what? That was the something I though of during my first experience w/ a Prius.

This old guy kept trying to back up into a parking spot (parallel parking) on a street and it kept rolling forward down the hill. I told him "you might want to turn it on first" thinking that it was in neutral or something and it just kept rolling like two feet forward.

Well, he finally got it in reverse and backed it up w/out any sound at all. I was shocked having experienced my first hybrid deal. I was like, "WOAH!!!"

Then, I quickly realized that no sound coming from the vehicle was going to mean a lot more accidents due to people who tend to rely on vehicle noise.

Sit back and imagine a world w/ soundless cars. People would have to pay a lot more attention using sight versus just listening for someone or something coming.
