Colorshift 2.0 Oracle Headlights Help!!

Ok, so I got oracles for one of my Christmas presents and I still have yet to have them installed. The reason that they aren't installed is because i cant find anyone to put them in! All I need is to have them installed in the headlight itself NO WIRING.(My dad has a friend that does that). So if anyone know a shop that will install them please let me know. I live near Joliet, Illinois. Thanks

Today I went to get a quote from a shop in Morris and they gave me a quote of $540 just to put them in! That doesn't even include wiring either. I don't know if it's just me but that seems pretty high just for installation.

I ordered a kit from night owl leds, put them in myself in about a day. Much cheaper and worth it than paying 400 to do it. Color shift halos and I can make programs to make them look like police lights, etc.
