OK, Here's ONE of the videos I promised from the event (FINALLY).

The u2ube version (hint,for ALL the videos - after it plays, go to the actual site by clicking the "Black RS Camaro" link, then click "watch in high quality." It's a little better):

I have more to upload - including interior lighting, tail-light effects, etc in the dark, if you want to see them.

I can provide links (via PM) to less compressed versions, if anyone wants them. Let me know.

Anyways, I hope you all enjoy this.

well there are no plans to make a z28 yet but hey who knows

watching these videos is pure agony for me:(

nice, did the gauges seem as bright as the video? they almost look blinding

No, not blinding. My vid camera was set to low-light. In person, they were medium light. They were brighter than most cars I've seen, though!

One note regarding the dash gauges -- all the pics you've seen DO NOT show what the real thing looks like!

I was amazed. The earlier pics showed them maybe being bigger, or wider, or just "weird" looking. I can tell you after putting my head inside the window -- they look GREAT. Really!

Once you sit inside one (finally!!!) I think you might agree, that even tho the gauges are "different" and bolder than what you have seen before - with this car, with that dash - they look GOOD.

Everything just fits.

I kid you not. have some faith. Please.

i sat in the iver at indy, i just didnt do it when it was dark so i could see the lights

In that case, as far as brightness goes, they were definitely bright, but not blinding.

With that said, I didnt sit in it for more than 5 minutes.

But, as with any previous 'Maro - I am SURE (guessing here) the dash brightness can be controlled somehow. maybe someone (from GM) can confirm or deny this.
