fuel system quote
Really interested if going force induction route....goal is to be around 700-750 rear wheel horse power. A really fun street car.....
Really leaning towards the twin turbo agp kit I got a quote for a fuel system upgrade since my stock pump won't be able to handle that kind of power. What you guys think?? I'm located in Louisville ky 2010 camaro ss m6 Current mods are cam, headers, intake, UD pulley, 3.91. I understand that I will have to get rid of some of the mods. |

Headers would be the only thing to go, UD, cam and 3.91 will work great with turbo.
LPE twin, Livernois Twin, ADM ZL1/BAP would be pushing it. Fore/squash would do it easy. The 80lb injectors AGP ships with kit will do it easy. I know there are two local autos making 660-680rwhp on zl1/bap/80lb which on a manual would be 720ish. That is no meth so add meth and 750 is doable. Really it just depends on your budget and room for future growth. Turbos will support 900+ so you may want to turn them up a little later so a bit of extra fuel system may not hurt.

You don't need any of that stuff for your power goals. When you order our kit just select to get both the BAP and the ZL1 pump. That's all you need. Stock lines and rails will support that easy.

Too many twins to remember them all. I typically like my twins Blonde so it is hard to keep track of them all.

Wouldn't it be better to take, care of the fuel system now? I might never go pass the 800hp mark, but was just wondering if that quote seems fair or should I keep looking?

Quote seems way high and I wouldn't touch the aeromotive stuff. Look at the fore/squash stuff.
Actually adding it up it is $1800 in parts, Fore is about the same with dual 320s but I much rather have the fore stuff and I bet you can find a dealer to get a better price on it. Can't comment on the labor/etc.

Somebody is trying to clean out your account with that quote on a fuel system. 3000$ for a fuel system would make me feel like you're about to build a pro stock car.

I'm running all Aeromotive no issues I don't understand why people are scared of it. Also I have everything from Aeromotive only have maybe 1900 (tops) into everything and that's their big eleminator pump.

Ok I read it closely sorry, who's doing the damn install a Ferrari dealer, 110 an hour is ridiculous. Also it should only take 6 hours at the most this isn't that hard of a job. I couldn't tell from the invoice but are they going to tune it also or is that extra.
