California really is a small world...
Since I found this way too coincidental to just look over, I thought I'd go ahead and post here in the CA board.
About a week ago, I saw another Bright Purple Metallic '98 out on the road on the way to see my dad (coincidentally to tell him about the newly spotted Z28), and I thought, "OHMYGODNOWAY!!!" Of course, I once the permagrin wore off my face I thought, "So that makes 2 BPM's in SoCal. Wonder if I'll ever see it again." Today, we went ahead and ordered Domino's for lunch (though I would have preferred Papa John's), and when the delivery guy comes, he compliments my car and tells me his son drives one just like it. I looked something like  . He said his son also lived in Whittier, and considering I spotted the other BPM in La Habra (next city over for those unfamiliar with the area), I'm almost convinced they're one in the same. So yeah, that's been my exciting week. I'm kind of blown away considering there were only 481 BPM '98's ever made, and for for the two owners to know about the other, let alone being in the same city, seemed pretty cool to me.
