I also have GM factory 21's and absolutely love them but im going down to 20's because the price for tires on the 21's is just too much. Im going with 20's because im looking for better performance. Some would say 18's if u wanted performance but 18's in my opinion are just too small for this car. I also want looks as well. If i were u i would go with 20's. Not too big not too small. Just right IMO. Do what u like best. My car at the moment is on 21's with a 1 1/2 inch drop on KW V3 coilovers. Look at my sig.

but to answer your question out of 20s or 22s. id say for 22s!

Only regret I have is my rims are not deep concave... And there are only 8 front 9 back, I like to have 9.5 front and 11 back... But if I going to lower it 22 is the best look!

Im thinking 20x9s front on 245/45s and 20x10s back on 275/40s. Something to strike a balance between looks and performance. I'm not trying to make my v6 something that its not by turning it into a v8 look alike, but I think that's about the stock as sizes if I did my research right....

Anyways. I appreciate all the info so far. 22s lowered 1" looks rad as hell but roads around here make that almost an impossibility....
