As to the above, you answered your own question. Only when driving on certain parts of the highway do you experience this. Your car doesn't magically change, its the road, especially here in northern climates we have the worst roads for driving a performance car on. Wait until you hit that giant pothole.

+1 Trammeling and cold tires are the culprit!

I just wanted to update, since starting this thread back in March I have traded my 1/LE in on a 2013 ZL1 and it doesn't do it at all. Doesn't matter what the road conditions are, this thing rides like a dream, even with the 285 up front and the 305 in the rear.
Must have to do with the magnetic ride and the upgraded suspension.
