Pfadt ZL Spec Sway Bars Question

Hey guys with the new ZL Spec adjustable front and rear sway bars what do you think would be the best setup for a street car? Once the Stage 4 is installed I plan on lowering 1" to no more than 1.5" making the front and rear completely level and tightening up the dampers for a bit more stiffer ride than stock but not to stiff. I am also going to ask the guys installing it at Raymond's to give me a non-aggressive street alignment (whatever will give me best wear on the tires). So my question is with that setup what will give me the most balanced settings for understeer/oversteer? Should I just have the front and rear bars set the same to the middle settings? Thanks for your help and inputs.

I have mine on set at the middle hole.Very neutral with a bit of understeer. Jordan at JDP runs them and I followed his recommendation. Works very good doing Auto x.hat, the springs and a performance street align and It handles just great without oversterr problems

Do you know if most people prefer a tad bit of understeer or oversteer. Like if you had to have one or the other which would be preferred?

Under. for saftey, and at the track to. Dont know about you, I'm not that good to be know how to drive the car perfectly in any condition. A bit of understeer you can correct the car easier and get it where you want. Oversteer, and I had that once on my 4th gen,You lose it at the wrong time and you better have enough room to recover with nothing in your way!

I am also set up on the middle setting for both front and rear ZL1 bars.

I wont be adjusting them until I get some sort of wheel/tire setup. Like VR Baron said, just a tad of understeer currently. This is the optimal setup for the street in terms of safety. Ive had my stage 4 installed for 2 months now and that small bit of understeer comes handy on the streets.

You'll love it!

And the bars do wonders around the cones, flat, prdictable and you can focus on driving and the course, not muscling the car around with all the understeer.

Any oversteer? And what rim/tire sizes are you running? If all good may have to try it out

Running stock plan on going to 295/35/20 all around. Have a little bit of oversteer but I lied it better than the middle setting

When you go to the square tire setup then stiffer rear should be better and desired I would think. Thinking on doing stock 20x9's all around as I have a extra set and 285's .
