Maintenance Suggestions - Above and Beyond

I have 64,000 miles on my 2010 Camaro 2LT, and I have been on a maintenance tear here recently. I am trying to keep the car in top shape for a long time. I wanted to list out what I have done so far, and ask if there are any other suggestions that go above and beyond the maintenance manual??

50K - changed rear differential fluid (Royal Purple)
64K - changed all four rotors/pads
- cleaned MAF sensor
- cleaned throttle body
- installed Spectre CAI
- changed cabin air filter
- replaced spark plugs

I am thinking about having the dealer change the transmission fluid since that doesn't seem to be easy on these cars.

Anything I am missing or any other suggestions are more than welcome! I am planning on doing all my major fluid changes around 100K (i.e. coolant and maybe brake/power steering).

Do you have a manual or automatic? It really isn't that hard to change out. If you can do the rear differential you can do the transmission.

Sounds like you got it all under control for everything else.

I have an automatic, could you give me any advice on the procedure? I actually did a drain/refill on my 2009 Honda Accord, if its similar to that then no problem! I just couldn't find a guide to do it?

Here is a thread on how it is done on a GMT800 Suburban. It would be similar to yours, you just need to find the transmission return line off the radiator and get the proper fitting size to fit, like what is shown here. Your transmission takes 11.4 qts total fill. Here is some info on your Camaro.

Thanks for the info! Has anyone actually done this procedure on the camaro yet, just would feel better hearing any words of advice from anyone who has done it!

I would think if you cycled 25 fresh new qts through the system by removing the transmission return line you would pretty much change out the fluid by 100%. I don't think the fluid just stays in the torque converter, it gets pumped through, if not it would over heat.
