I love dogs...I've had them all my life...but NEVER EVER would they go in my "sports-cars."
My advice...wait until you can buy a "daily driver" (i.e. 4-5 year old car with decent mileage) and use that when you go out with the dogs...and save your "sports-cars" for the leisure driving...all it takes is one big dog one time to ruin the interior and even the exterior of your car... |

man, I can't imagine animals in my Camaro! it makes my skin crawl thinking about it. I've seen and smelled cars that transport pets, it's not a pretty site. I value my car way too much to destroy the interior with pets, although I love animals. hopefully you can get a second vehicle to transport them in.

if you don't have need for your back seat just take out the back seats and put some padding in it's place. This way your back seats will remain safe.

Eh, I've got a welsh terrier and a mutt, they're both about 25 pounds. Keep their claws trimmed and your fine. I take them out in my car all the time, other than wet nose marks on the dash and glass, which are suprisinlgy hard to clean, they haven't hurt anything. (But niether of them shed at all, not sure I'd be as willing if they did.)
