Have you heard from Hines Performance Engineering (Hex vents) and whether or not they'll be doing installs?

Let me look through my emails and see if I've heard back from them.

I did get this reply from Steve @ Hines last evening. Them charging the $50 for installs of vents not bought at the Fest I understand is necessary to not lose money on the sales they made to people on here like me who got the 20+% during the Camaro5 Group Buy, which makes sense and sounds fair to me.

Yes, we plan on being there to do installs. They’ll be done on a first come first serve basis, those that purchase at the show will get the install free of charge; otherwise it’ll cost $50.

Steve

Steve
still - $50 isn't a bad price. Right?

No, for sure it isn't. I was trying to make that point in my last post; I think it's super-reasonable. People like me who got in on the recent Camaro5 Group Buy got $75 off and free shipping which was a super deal. So for Steve to charge only $50 for that group (who already has his vents but wants him to install them at the Fest) is a great price I think. I know I'm going to avail myself of it if I haven't installed the vents before then.
