What’s the next move ?

So my 5gen was cammed maybe 3 months ago , I have a stage3 tsp cam but I’m still on stock injectors and stock fuel pump , I am running e85 through its veins but after the camwi realized a slight surge when I rev it from a complete stop. My tuner did say that my injectors were working at their 100% so y’all think that might be the case I have a slower throttle response ?

I’m honestly surprised you were even able to get a half decent tune with a stage three cam and e85 on stock fuel system. Throw some zl1 injectors and a zl1 pump in it at the bare minimum
