HAHAHA!!! You have a V6 thats why you lost!!!! Im sorry but a v6 camaro shouldnt even be considered a camaro. When you think camaro you think power (V8). I dont care what you do to it its still a v6 that will never sound like a v8. You could put a turbo on it and make it have 400+ HP but thats what a ricer would do.

If you didnt race on the street which Im sure you did you must have raced at the track which doesnt make a diff and who really cares.

What you should have done was say nah Im sure your car would beat mine as I only have a V6 and that you could really careless. If I were you I would forget about the situtation as it means nothing in this short life and take the lesson you learned and ha.................. BUY A REAL CAMARO!! (v8)

I can't believe anyone would be dumb enough to classify a Camaro on cylinder count. Who seriously gives a flying fork? (Don't know what the censor rules are here!)
I mean really.

My V8 was beat by a V6.
Oh you know what? My V8 only has like 105 horsepower because it was the worst year for smog regulations.

Well, there is a solution. If you have the Series II 3800 3.8L V6 N/A (L36) go to a scrap yard, find a rear ended buick regal or a Grand Prix GTP and swap in the L67, the supercharged version of your engine.

It will require slightly more then just a swap. You will need to add a couple of wires to your wiring harness (you DONT need a whole new one, it litteraly is just like 2 more sensors/connection) and a PCM from the car

With the L67 and some mods you can be putting 250whp to the ground easily

wow you guys make me feel good. i own the 2005 scion tc iip, now yes it does have some pick up have given a guy who owns a fixed up srt4 another guy in a 2.0t jetta with some upgrades and a buddy at work who owns the 02 i beleive mustang gt with shit done to it and they all were impressed with the pick up. now next for all of you to know expescially the guy who posted this there is no v4 its called a 4cyclinder, yes it has 6speed manual and i believe 5 auto, my buddys car with just an intake was putting 150 hp to the wheels so if this guy did the cams i would say he got a good 75 extra hp if tuned and did he have anything else, also i have raced my brothers dodge with the hemi 345hp at a rool and kept up with just and intake and and engine damper, also raced a stock srt4 with my header, down pipe, intake, exahust, lightweight crank pully, engine damper and kept up till third, once i added the ecu i would smoke alot of cars on the highway off the line i sucked. i raced my share of civics and handed them there ass as for muscle nope not dumb. so yeah have any questions ask i love my scion but i just wanted more power legally so got the camaro

That suuuux. Sounds like a lucky run for the Scion. I used to have a 96 Camaro RS which had your 3.8 in it, and used to race an 01 Mustang at my job that was very frustrated because he lost by half a length every time. If my 96 was beating mustangs, yours oughtta beat Scions no problem. Just a fluke most likely.

Mustake, lol

No tho, it was just a std 6. But I'm betting your GT realized that it's a Mustake to run against a Camaro of any kind

There's a big difference. The sound alone is a big factor for me... 83, is that the 305?
