Car show to benifit Children's hospital sounds like a better cause. I understand guys near des Moines it's a long drive for a car show.

For those of you who aren't on FB, there is a car show coming up on August 2nd. It is the Crooked Creek Days car show in Winfield, IA. I know the people that manage this show pretty well and they wanted to know if I could get more of us there. The show is Sunday, August 2nd, 2015; Registration is 8:30-11am, judging is from 11am-1pm, and awards are at 2pm. Entry is $15. I will be attending for sure. See attached flyer.

I'm still "wanting" to go. Have room and such, but with work load heavy due to shit ton of new construction going on, like all other shows I had planning going to, may end up last minute canceling out.

on a side note..... my son traded away his Ford Explorer and thru Billion IC, they found a 2015 GMC Denali program car. Forgot his Ford title, so they let him take a trade-in 2014 Z/28 to get it. He said it had a great exhaust rumble, saying its a fast sucker .... wanted to find me to "compare" it to mine. Ha!

Its black, with Recaro's, and 13000-14000 miles, that Z/28 has been driven!! They are asking $61K but they want it gone, so bet some wiggle room there.

Ironic.... mileage comparison to my Camaro, is now 5 years old. I've driven it to events or meetings to these states; Florida, Texas, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, and Wisconsin, and just now hit 21,000+ miles (20,000 with the Livernois Build)

Have your son come to shottenkirk and get a brand new 2015 z28 for 65k.. 17 miles on it. well worth the extra 4k hell you might be able to get it for cheaper

I have 44,500 miles on my 2013 SS.

Just think, if I still had the 2011 it would have over 101,000 miles on it.

Such youthful cars. My Camaro has somewhere around 230,000 miles on it.

I am to busy to go to any shows currently this summer. Have fun at the show.

Jason, that picture looks sick witht he new anvil on the back. Here is mine from the show, a picture of mine and my 3 older brothers with their cars...pretty cool i think. Unfortunately the camaro is the 3rd fastest behind the trans am and buick regal...tough competition
