My Long Detailing Will Start Tomorrow!

So for an early B-Day present I sprung for this....

http://www.adamspolishes.com/p-977-a...chine-kit.aspx

It's going to start tomorrow with a wash and a de-tar, de-grime. I lived in ATL for 1.5 years and all the construction, well let's just say it's a mess. And during that time I didn't have a garage so the car was parked outside. Combine this with me being lazy and running it through auto washes, well.....

Schedule...

Sunday-Wash, de-grime
Monday-Clay bar, wash
Tuesday-Paint correction, polish
Weds-Glaze, wax...

I'll be posting plenty of pics

I'd add another day to your paint correction since it'll likely take awhile since its your first time

Pointless to glaze if you are polishing.

Also if you value your dollar. Save the detail spray for more important applications. Adam's Detail Spray is excellent, but very pricey. Do not use it as a clay lubricant. Instead just use a bucket of water and car soap and that will do fine.

I planned on using a less expensive detail spray!

By all means, if you buy something use it. But use it when it is warranted. I would save it for 3-6 months down the road when scratches start appearing again and the glaze will hide it all.

Either way, have fun with it and get ready for exhaustion.

Excellent.
I'm sure it will tire me out but I'm in shape so not too worried about. Doing a few things to help. I'm going to jack the car up when doing the panels so I don't have to bend over as much. And I've got a nice low chair to sit in most of the time when doing the sides

And I'll have a few drinks lol!
