Here are some photos of the manufacturing process from start to finish to give you guys an idea of what it takes to build a set of custom USW forged wheels.

First we work with the customer to pick out design, style, offsets, profiles, and finishes. Once the customer is 100% happy with the design we begin the manufacturing process which begins with forged aluminum blanks:



















































Unlike other wheel manufacturers USW Forged takes the time to walk our customer through the process of designing their wheels and selecting the options that they want. We are able to take this time because we are not mass-producing wheels like other manufacturers, we prefer to build less wheels and make sure each set is built exactly to the clients specifications.

We even take it a step further by rendering the wheel (colors, finishes, options) then once the design is selected and the customer puts a deposit on the wheels we actually can render the design onto the customer's vehicle to allow for any other changes.
