Good area there is a lot more space and you will get more bang for your buck there also there is way more parking and it's a safer place for your baby haha aka your camaro

Yeah that was sort of an issue that I voiced to my potential room mate. Plus I've been hunting around just trying to find a garage in our budget so I can tinker. I miss having the garage back in Pittsburgh.

Yea man I hear you loud and clear the last three places I've been at I've had a garage however on these ones I do not, so I know exactly what you mean but it's not like you really have to protect her from weather is more just a sense of security if you catch my drift

Yeah, I guess that is true and I'm sure a covered parking spot + a nice outdoor cover would do the job. I'm used to it being in a lot in the brutal Florida sun anyways.

They might not be the most glamorous apartments in UTC but they are by no means a studio. I think its funny that a lot of people have said this exact same thing about every area I've looked at. I have a relocation agent who was the one we worked with to get this budget, I'm just trying to figure out what area I want.

UTC is a nice area. It gets a little windy, but that is the better mall in the area if you are single, plus it has an ice skating rink.

Traffic is a little heavier because of the mall, but it isn't a bad place to be. Plus you are close to the college.

Yeah, not super worried about the mall, but probably a better area for the car to be safe in. Plus it is well within biking distance to work in the Sorrento Valley so I'll stay healthy.

If you are still looking you might want to try a place in Mira Mesa. It's just east of Sorrento Valley on Mira Mesa Blvd/Sorrento Valley Rd. and about 5-10 mins from PB down the I-5. I'm sure you could find at least a few 2 BR apartments for around $1600. Good luck on the search.

Yeah although it would appear that there is a mustang in the adjacent carport.
