I'm picking up the dual mode exhaust diffuser this week. I order these tips from the site below which I know others have ordered from on here. I find it funny that there is no way to contact the company. All the numbers I have found on the web are disconnected. Anyone know anything about this company?

Nope, all I know is I did get mine from them and had no issues.

I've got tips from them. Didn't have any troupe getting my tips but I didn't have need to contact them.

If you don't hear anything from them you can always dispute the payment.

Not familiar with the company, but there is an email address at the bottom of the page.

I don't have a need to contact them, but I found it funny that the three numbers I located associated with the company... including the one on my electronic receipt were all disconnected. That's what got my wheels turning.

I don't remember how long it was... I got them back in June 2013.

But it wasn't too long, it took longer for the difuser...

And yes, I am happy with the quality.

Are those the 4 inch? I went with the 3 1/2. Looks awesome.

You know some time we over think things and it get us upset, we have worked with that company for 3+ years and there parts are grate, fit well and look like a 300$ set for a lot less, but there communicants is the worst.
