Sct tuning problem after maggie install - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

Im pretty sure I already know the answer to this but maybe someone knows differently.. I had my car tuned by Trifecta and the sct scanner wont read my vin. I believe that I must return the programming to stock before the supplied tuner will work, is this correct?

I had my car tuned by Jannetty. Then I bought an SCT from someone on the forum. I was able to suck the Jannetty (HP Tuners) tune out from my car and send it off to him for some adjustments. So the Jannetty tune that was in my car is the "stock" tune. I never had to return the car to the GM (stock) tune for the SCT to work. I think you should be able to do the same.
