Also GM sells them. Ask them why.
I'm pretty sure Chevy did them first on the 2007 Ron fellows corvette so it's a Chevy thing dodge copied

Don't get me wrong, while I loathe stripes or anything of the sort, it's still their car, their money, their expression but, that singular aesthetic feature degrades a vehicle the utmost in *my* eyes.
Wow, LOL! I didn't know we had to impress you!

Actually Chevy had hashmark stripes on the Grand Sport Corvette in the 90's and that was taken from the Racing Grand Sport Corvettes of the 60's.

So someone deleted my post explaining that my post about the black wheels was a sarcastic answer to the person saying that stripes were repulsive to him(because his car had black wheels). In no way was I serious. Like I said in my post that got deleted I wouldn't put them on my car but It does not matter if someone else puts them on theirs. It is not disgusting or repulsive to me, in fact I think the 1LE looks good with the black hood and wheel combo.

Didn't we go down this road a few months ago. Don't care to search for the thread, but I think the general consensus was "anything that I don't think is cool" shouldn't be done to your car.

Damn, it's your car do what the f ever you want to it. I'm not paying for it. I guarantee I will not get butt hurt when I see you with mods I don't personally wouldn't put on my car.

I'm implying that license plate mods suck because IMHO they look better where GM intended them to go.

You're getting butt hurt over nothing. I'm sure your plate looks just fine, so lets just have fun with the thread.
