Mr.Norm's TT Challenger runs 8.43@174 on low boost...
Car is pretty much a dedicated race car. Still no light weight by any means tho. Car should have 7's in it. He was only leaving on 7lbs of boost and letting it ramp up to a max of 23lbs. At this setting the car made 1300rwhp, on kill @ 30lbs it makes 1500rwhp...Just wasnt enough track to get a 7sec pass out of it...His sixty foot was a laughable 1.7 on this pass i believe...crappy vid but better than nothing i guess lol

Cool! One of the guys in our Mustang club that owns his own shop is building a turbo 4cyl notch that will be hitting 9's. I believe he's running 35-40 psi of boost on a single turbo.

That's insane, he said he had one before but he is a typical gear head and gets rid of one and starts another. This one is going to look killer, the paint scheme will be a P-51. I saw the block on the stand and the head as he was porting it and they were toy like in appearance. Soon as he videos some passes I will ask him if he can send 'em my way so I can post them on here.

That's awesome!! It will be cool to see what Lingenfelter's new white 5th gen will do compared to this. Both being dedicated race cars with a turbo.

Nice to see the new dedicated race Challengers and Camaros hitting the tracks with some insane times. Great for all involved. Very cool.

Fast cars are neat. I have been watching this guy race throughout the years from when I used to run my Foxbody Mustang. This was last year at what I now consider my "home" track:
