until you see one in person, it really does improve the look, and personally have not bottomed out. Now if you have crappy roads..

Swap it out, try it for a bit, if you don't like it, swap it back and sell the springs.

Why'd you buy the parts already if you weren't positive you wanted to do it, especially now that you said no? Waste of money, methinks.

I wanted to do it so I bought the parts but when I got them I started to think about screwing the ride up.

Not really. I haven't really heard that at all. At least not if preperly installed.

Install them yourself. I'll have an extra set of them this week. Mine are coming off and I'm putting on coilovers.

Neither are a big worry. Are you just in absolute need of a super smoth ride? It's not far from stock. I'm betting that if I snuck in your yard while you were asleep and swapped them out without you knowing, you'd never know but for the looks. It's a good ride.

Just install the springs yourself bro. I did mine and saved a lot of money. Lowering the Camaro is one of the best mods you can do to it, IMO.

i would so do this, and want to do it. i would need the help from somebody else. i am only 19 with not much knowledge on what to do. i know my dad could help me, but he would be very pissed if i spent more money on the car. lol. he thinks i am more worried about what mod to do next rather then school.

LOL, yeah I get you. Come down to Miami and I'll be more than glad to help HA!

But really, I just read the DIY on how to Lower the car and it was pretty simple. Just takes the whole day to install. Well at least for me it did.

I love the look of the lowered Camaro, but where I live it is just not an option. Bumpy roads, potholes that would swallow a Kia and I'm going to drive mine year 'round (yes, that means snow). If I didn't have to contend with all that, I would lower mine in a heartbeat.

Like others have said, since you already have the parts, lower it for a bit to see if you like it, you can always swap back.

If you have bad roads and you drive all the time the ride can get bumpy and would be very annoying. The softer v6 shocks help alot to cushin the hits but still jerking up and down is no fun all the time. Depends on the roads. Is kind of a try it to see situation.
