We will be attending June 20th. Will meet up in Edmonton Sat morning Jun 20th. Will head south to Banff at the crossing

I have cancelled my room at the Best Western Inn and Suites in Jasper.

I will still be going to Rocky though, so 2 for lunch, No for the hotel, and 0 for supper in Jasper.

My father-in-law's 80th birthday that weekend, as well as leaving for Sturgis the following Tuesday.

link to the full menu for dinner, since only a couple people commented on the fixed menus I don't want to make a choice for everyone. so the reservation is set up for us to order off the menu now, this can take a little long but everyone can get what they want

Wow this is turning out to be a big event unfortunately I have been informed by the lead that there is no shift coverage due to our reduced workforce, lucky to be working I guess. Sorry John and thanks for the hard work I have cancelled my room at the best western and won't be able to partake in the event :(

Can you add forum user "Pep" to the list (Randy and Cindy). He will be driving out of Edmonton, 2 for lunch in Rocky, no hotel, and no supper.

His forum account has yet to be activated and he's waiting on an admin.
