2014 RS package Brake bulb replacement

I have a 2014 V6 RS and my right brake light has gone out. I suspect it's just needing a bulb replaced. I've looked online and this forum, but can't seem to find instructions on how to do this with the RS package. Some instructions I found last night said to turn it counterclockwise, but that didn't seem to work.

Does anybody have instructions on how to remove the bulb socket?

What part # bulb is for the brake light?

Also, the problem I suspect is that moisture has gotten into the tail light assembly. Any ideas on how to remove/seal that?

I'll be looking at this again tonight, so any help is appreciated!

Thanks!

If you have a 2014 with the RS, you should have LED taillights, no bulbs. Maybe you can get it fixed / replaced under warranty?

Well, I did manage to figure out how to unplug the tail light, but it's just a wiring harness plug. No bulb to replace. Looks like I may have to replace the whole tail light assembly.

Shouldn't the Bumper to Bumper warranty cover this?
Curious as I have a '14 also. Next March my 3 years are up!

As long as you are under 36,000 miles.

Yes. It's covered under warranty. I was thinking it might be a simple bulb replacement, but didn't realize it was all one assembly.

Unlikely the whole thing to go out to be honest. Check the fuse or if there is a bad connection.
