Why no climate control?
I really love most of the things in the Camaro, but one thing that really buggs me is the lack of a climate control! Why is it so, I mean that old school ac unit is so old and just feels so cheap!
My best friends -09 vette c6 has a two zone climate control. Maybe not a big problem but still, it really grinds my gears!

Old school ac unit? Who cares if it doesnt have CC...use the temperature knob to adjust. Mine makes my car an ice box on the hottest of days. Let me guess, you grew up in the remote control era! JK, only a joke, no need to get upset. (disclaimer )

Im old school. I dont need half the gadgets that the car already has. Power windows, AC, power steering, power brakes, and a radio are all the amenities i need in a muscle car.

And even that's a lot, compared to back in the day of original muscle cars.

More features = higher cost = people complaining the car is too expensive.
Corvette has a higher price point and therefore has more features. You get what you pay for.

I dont reason like that, its not about if I need or not need or back in the day talk.. Everything wasn't better back in the day..
Wouldn't be so nice if they shoved a old american v8 in their with massive liter numbers and like 150hp.. Just because it was like that back in the days doesn't make it good today. Just think its a simple thing that should have been included. :p

Hello...Grandpa... Just for the record, The World Does Evolve! I have to agree with how cheesy and outdated half the stuff is in these cars. GM puts the latest performance technology, since we're talking old school I'll use the phrase "State of the Art" in Performance and handling. Then the Genius's go and add on the "norm" features of today, but they use crap from twenty years ago. What's up with that??? Example; I have a 13 ZL1 and a 13 Subaru Crosstrek. I have to plug in my phone to play my music, yes with a cord, even though its Bluetooth capable. In my Crosstrek, I push a button, same as my ZL1, but No Stupid Cord Required. It automatically links my phone and all my music. Not only links it to play, but my entire phone menu can be viewed on the display. In my ZL1 I have to look at the phone and scroll thru the songs instead of having it on the radio screen??. AC, same cheap ol ass crappy twenty year old system. Yes it's nice to reminisce about the Old Days, when our Muscle Cars could only perform in a straight line, but now we've evolved and can actually go around that curve up ahead at great speeds! So let's link the performance with the creature features technology of today! Or is that asking for too much from GM??....

Its not about evolution. All the creature comforts are great. And i have them. In my tahoe. I dont need them or want them in my muscle car.

How hard is it to raise your right hand and adjust a knob?
