I am looking at a top/ ground effects paint job also but it different colors than the one pictured above. A good shop around here estimated around $7000 to do it.

The wheels for that thing are pricey as well, I think GM has them for like close to $900 a wheel!

Depends on where you are. I can get an excellent job for $5k around here. The OP will need to seek out the "experts" in his area. Don't be afraid to ask to see their work and ask for references. Just because a guy charges a little or a lot doesn't equate to good or bad work. I've seen guys spend $10k on a paint job and have it come back worse than my $5k jobs.

My best guess on a 2-tone paint job would be around $5-$8K?

No. It was custom built for Dale Earnhardt Jr and is not available for purchase.

You could get close to it by buying a white SS and having it painted to match and buy aftermarket wheels. It will cost you easily $50k depending on if you buy a 1SS or 2SS.
