My fellow Charger forum "buddies" (word used lightly) call me a traitor.

Yes, IM leasing a big black beautiful Charger with the plans to replace it with a Challenger by September. I been wanting a Challenger which seems like forever. But at last years auto show I was smitten with the Camaro.
IM very open on my feeling about the Camaro, its a great looking car and I love the interior. But most of what IM hearing from them is how ugly, how they are going to throw up and how IM a big bad traitor.

How I see it......... Its American Muscle :flag2:

IM not too fond of the Stang but I rather see them on the street then another jap car.

Whatever muscle car you drive I give you the thumbs up good lord me need all the American support we can get.

Oh and one other thing, the orange is mine :5thgenvert:

Thanks guys, I am going to get what I want, but some people can be so mean. I know we all just cant get along, its apart of life but the fighting is out of control sometimes.

I too was in the same boat as you once,It seemed as though the Challenger was all i could think about...Then i came to my senses

Seriously though...Once i seen the Camaro in person,and drove it,it was like no contest.

You made the right decision...Trust me

Hey, regardless of the competition we all revere!! Charger and Challenger are respectables cars, Avid North American muscle car enthusiasm wouldn't be what it is without Dodge ! ....... welcome!

You're a traitor if you blow up Chrysler's headquarters. You're American if you buy a Chevy. I don't see getting one over the other as treachery. They're all great cars, but clearly this bunch sides with the Camaro. There are lots of reasons why we like it. I think you should drive both cars before making a decision. Which car screams to you?

I like the charger is not a bad car but the 4 door thing turned me off i have to admit.

Did you know... at one time in Detroit I heard you could get shot at driving an import in certain areas of town.

Someone from Detroit told me that I don't know if it's true or not.

I never heard of anyone getting shot but I know that at one time in Flint people did damage Japanese cars in GM parking lots...
